How to Prepare

Preparation depends on the type of scan. For abdominal ultrasound and abdominal Doppler, you'll usually need to fast beforehand. For bladder, pelvic, and prostate scans, you'll need to arrive with a full bladder. Thyroid, soft tissue, scrotal, carotid, and limb scans need no preparation. You'll get exact instructions when you book.

Languages and Medical Interpreter
